Thank you for choosing Nevaeh Holistics. Our intention is to create a calm, safe, and supportive space where you feel respected, heard, and empowered throughout your wellbeing journey. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, mutual understanding, and a positive experience for everyone who engages with our services.
By booking an appointment, workshop, retreat, programme, or treatment with Nevaeh Holistics, you agree to the following terms.
Nevaeh Holistics offers a range of holistic wellbeing services, including counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching, holistic massage, wellbeing retreats, workshops and group programmes, mindfulness and personal development, and corporate wellbeing services.
Each service is delivered with professionalism, compassion, confidentiality, and respect for your individual journey.
Appointments, retreats, workshops, and programmes are confirmed once payment or any required deposit has been received.
Payment is due before or at the time of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Retreats and longer programmes may require a deposit to secure your place.
Life can sometimes be unpredictable, and we understand that plans occasionally change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, as that time has been reserved especially for you.
Retreats and events have individual cancellation policies which will be shared during booking.
Should Nevaeh Holistics ever need to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund.
Your wellbeing is always our priority. To provide safe and appropriate support, we ask that you provide accurate information regarding your health, medications, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or any relevant medical conditions.
If your circumstances change, please let us know before your appointment. Some treatments may need to be adapted or postponed if they are not considered safe at the time.
Counselling and psychotherapy provide a confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, experiences, and personal challenges. Every therapeutic journey is unique, and while we are committed to offering professional, evidence-informed support, healing cannot be guaranteed or rushed.
Sessions are collaborative and rely upon openness, honesty, and mutual commitment. Everything discussed remains confidential except where disclosure is legally required or where there is a serious concern regarding your safety or the safety of another person.
Coaching is a forward-focused partnership designed to help you develop clarity, confidence, resilience, and purposeful action. The decisions you make during and after coaching remain entirely your own, and responsibility for implementing any changes rests with you.
Coaching does not replace medical treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health services where these are required.
Massage and complementary therapies are intended to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, support wellbeing, and promote balance within the body and mind. These treatments should not be considered a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek advice from your GP or another healthcare professional before receiving treatment.
Our retreats and workshops are created to offer restorative, supportive, and meaningful experiences. We ask everyone attending to contribute to an atmosphere of kindness, inclusion, respect, and confidentiality.
Nevaeh Holistics reserves the right to ask anyone behaving in a way that negatively impacts the wellbeing or safety of others to leave the event.
Trust is at the heart of everything we do. Your personal information and anything you choose to share during your sessions will always be treated with the utmost care and respect. Information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Information will only be shared where you have given your permission, we are legally required to do so, or there is a serious safeguarding concern. See our full Privacy Policy below for more detail.
By working with Nevaeh Holistics, you agree to attend appointments on time whenever possible, treat practitioners, staff, and fellow clients with kindness and respect, communicate openly about any relevant changes to your health or circumstances, and take responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and personal growth.
In return, Nevaeh Holistics is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment, compassionate, ethical, and professional care, respect for your individuality and lived experience, honest communication, confidentiality, and high standards of professional practice.
While every service is delivered with the highest standards of professional care, participation in treatments, coaching, retreats, and wellbeing activities is voluntary. Nevaeh Holistics cannot accept responsibility for outcomes beyond our reasonable control or for decisions made by clients outside of our professional guidance.
Nothing within these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
All written materials, programmes, resources, branding, logos, website content, and educational materials remain the property of Nevaeh Holistics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
From time to time these Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available upon request or via our website.
